..and we had something similar with "conflict diamonds" a little while back - i guess this is one of the major drawbacks of an automated system and most likely there isnt much that could be done other than to catch these things early...
I would like to see a "dissatisfied with the ads?" type link or some such similar way to alert Google to this kind of thing though..
