Not too long ago DNJournal and Namepros were taken down by the same person.

Snap got hacked few years back too. Can we take some legal action aginst this kind of people? How hard is it to track the IP address?

Just because hackers could use Iran and North Korea, does not mean hackers use them in most attacks. If that was the norm, then killing spam would be 20 min job. Just block ip from those countries. We just don't fight these hackers. Where is the police where I can report?, Where are the investigations? We are just giving criminals a free pass and that just opens us for more attacks.
