Google Lawsuit names 'Google Sandbox'

It appears that this LAWSUIT (PDF) names 'Google Sandbox' as reason. The lawsuit is older from last year, but I never recalled 'Sandbox' being named the reason.

As far as I can remember Kinderstart was always complaining about the Google sandbox in this lawsuit.

I hope this suit makes it to court. The way complaint talks about the sandbox it sounds like the folks at Global Law Group are actually going to produce it. Can't wait to see what it looks like.

Sorry if this is old news.. I always recalled them being upset over being ranked low or not there at all.. I never recalled 'sandbox' as the issue... but of course that is my buggy memory talking :)


More Press for Google

I think I might be willing to not rank someone on one of my directory sites in exchange for all the press that google gets from this suit.

LOL, well, there goes the entire basis of KinderStarts case then.... since there is no such thing (and never was) as a "Google Sandbox", the Google legal team are going to rip them to shreds.
