Don't put too much into the "SEO" part - it's more like a marketing asistent/manaer job, not a geeky SEO-job. As you'll notice from the official Lund&Kenner blog (http://lundkenner.blogspot.com/2006/04/lundkenner-portfolio-as-of-14-2006.html) my company, deMib.com is primarily handling SEO - we just need more managers in the group - folks that also knows about SEO :)
