Josh was called in to investigate and noticed that one particularly troublesome external IP had gone in and deleted *all* of the content on the system. The IP didn't belong to some overseas hacker bent on destroying helpful government information...it resolved to googlebot.com.
Interesting to see the 'management' solution rather than the incompetent CMS authentication.

I'd seen a similar issue discussed a while back. The issue was editing previously published blog posts, the interface for which, of course, had a delete button. Now, this delete button was actually just a text link and, if you were using a browser that pre-fetched pages by following the links on the page ...
