Google grabs IBM senior to manage the new Israeli dev center

Google will open its new middle-east debelopement center in Haifa, Israel. via SearchMarketing.co.il :

Dr. Yoeli Mark, a senior manager at IBM development center in Haifa Israel, will be the head of Google's development center in Israel, also in Haifa.

As far as published, Yoeli is a very respectable professional and was the chief of GURU project – an awarded search platform (former winner of the NIST competition), I have no Information about her connection to IBM's web-fountain project.

Google-Israel CEO (Meir Brand) is a former microsoft senior.
The Israeli center is to be opened in Q2 this yea.
