Google SERPs (Free)Base
I think some others have reported on Google Base being integrated into the SERPs in some ways, but I have yet to see it so well integrated as I did when I searched for the name of that new SEO contest.

It's down to your cookies - had a similar issue a month or so back with Base results showing regional search results for a toolbar query I had been using frequently.
Quite a few people on the v7n forums are noticing it too.
