Brits Internet-shopping: Drunk, and Nude
After we had the interesting thread Working @ Home in which it was reported that it was fairly common to do work on the internet dressed in your underwear, now this.
The Register reports about a survey giving birth to a new phenomenon: "BLOTO, or Buying Loads Of Tat Online" in which seven percent of Britons "know someone who claims" that they have bought lots of stuff online that they didn't need, while drunk.
Also, six percent "know someone who claims" that their online purchases have been performed in the nude.

A lot of my domain purchases seem like a great idea at the time, and then in the morning, not so good......but I've never bought domains nude :)

and being by the web with a credit card is dangerous. I have learnt this.

and e-bay auctions ending at 3 on a Sunday morning are probably carefully targetted.
