Office Depot Sues Staples Over PPC Ads

According to a Wall Street Journal article today, "Office Depot has accused off-supply giant Staples of improperly purchasing online search-engine ads that redirected potential customers to the Staples website."
The lawsuit was filed this month in US District Court in West Palm Beach, Florida.
