BUT, did you look at the actual thread? I din't have time, but my (.NET) programmer did, and apparently the sucker that started the thread was getting errors because he was making errors. In other words: Read the text book sucker! :)
This "case" raises another
This "case" raises another interesting issue - if MSN, or you, think it is good or bad for MSN to have such a thread - even highlighted on the front page. I do. If people want to critisize your products isn't it better to have them do it at your place so you at least know about it and have a fair chance of responding to it? I do! Also, if it's your comunity it is far more likely that you have a good suportive group of users that will jump to your help. That was actually the case here. If he had made the same post at some Linux/geek community how many do you think would have been on the MS side? I think a lot fewer.
So, bring on the critisism! :)

I love those PHP/.NET/Whatever SUCKS threads you see all the time. 9/10 are a simple case of some moron not even knowing where the manual is located let alone having read it...
