Lots of coverage on the Kai Fu Lee preliminary ruling in the last couple of hours whilst I watched a film heh.. Funny to look at the politics of the titles below.
Thing is, as DigitalGhost pointed out in an earlier thread, nobody really won this one outright. The upshot is that Kai can work for Google, but only to recruit, not to work on Search tech - Ouch!
