Audiolicious: Turn Any RSS Feed Into A Podcast, Using Text-To-Speech
Story Text:
Audiolicious is a Windows program that lets you turn any RSS feed into a podcast. It uses text-to-speech to convert the feed's webpages into MP3 files... ... Audiolicious works especially well with RSS feeds created using the del.icio.us bookmarking website -- just tag a web page using del.icio.us to add it to the Audiolicious job queue.
Comments are all positive. Anyone tried it?
There's a download available at the link.

Try Talkr instead
At least for the examples on Jon's blog, the audio is horrible with Audiolicious. I've been trying out Talkr.com and it works a lot better. Plus it's web based. No client side software.
Yes, Talkr is nice
I use Talkr in my blog but Talkr doesn't support Atom feeds.
Voice quality and speed is excellent.
