New Link Network Launched: Adcaliber

A new link network has just been launched, Adcaliber I know some here like to keep up with these things, so here's the spiel..

Basically, it is a permanent backlink exchange. Users sign up and add their domains to their account. They place an adcode on their site. Links are placed by a bidding system whereas the highest bid gets the link when an opening is available. The way it works, for example, is you set up a bid such as 50 credits/month for a backlink on a site with a PR of at least 4 and Alexa of at least 500K. Then, the site displaying the links earns those credits.

I thought...

the whole point of those sorts of link schemes was to make it simple and easy to get the links. What happens if you have invested into a link and someone outbids you a few months later?

What incentive is there to join with good sites, and not just shoddy PR6 sites that spent $30 on a sitewide PR7 newspaper link from India?

Agree entirely seobook, i'd

Agree entirely seobook, i'd like to hear from the owner, im sure he's aware of this post by now..

Bidding System Explained

Hey guys...just wanted to clarify that once a site obtains a link through the network, it is permanent. It is a one-time bidding system. Once you obtain the link, it is yours, you cannot be outbid several months later. You get locked in at a monthly rate of credits. The only way you lose the link is if you manually ask for it to be removed or if you run out of credits. You should have no problem keeping all the links you acquire unless you stop running the adcode. I'll keep an eye on this thread and try to answer any questions or concerns.

Cool...

...straight from the horse's mouth. Thanks adcaliber (now that you're here, why not introduce yourself?)
