The Edinburgh company that brought the speaking search engine Speegle has gone one step further by reading RSS feeds.
The new site at www.speakwire.com categorizes various feeds around the internet and allows you to have them read out to you. It's kinda kewl and worth a try.

Speegle has a distinct accent indeed. Sweet.
