Haven't seen this mentioned anywhere at all except Aarons blog which is surprising.

"WebSourced, the search engine marketing (SEM) arm of CGI Holding Corp., expanded its European presence today with the acquisition of U.K.-based smart interactive. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed."

I would guess that is not likely since speaking gigs at SES likely generate many enqueries.
