In a private conversation with Joost (Yoast.com) and others, we uncovered a giant list of new schema;s, where we don't have an idea when these got published.
Any idea when these were let loose into the wild?

I have no clue when those were added, but I'm going to monitor their Full Hierarchy page from now on. I had no clue about those Local Business tags. Thanks for the heads-up.

Sorry don't understand. Has nothing to do with number of practitioners. And there is no recognition. If you qualify, you add the code to your page.
