Business.com to Cash In for $300 Million+
Business.com, one of the better arbitrage plays, is up for auction. The WSJ reports:
The people familiar with the matter say that the final price for Business.com is hard to predict. But at $350 million, a deal would value the company at some 24 times cash flow.

I have long felt that
I have long felt that business.com was an underachiever. There is so much you can do with that domain name and the contacts. If anyone has $349,500k to put in, I'll put in the rest and sweat equity for a buyout and repurpose.

Sounds like wishful thinking to me. Like if you put a press release saying you could fetch $300 million, that you suddenly will?
