Looks like eBay is acquiring StumbleUpon
According to TechCrunch eBay has beat out two other potential suitors (AOL & Google) and has signed a term sheet with the toolbar based social network StumbleUpon. TechCrunch has the deal at between $40 - $75 million while Gigaom is saying $40 - $45 million.

That's it?
I would have thought Stumbleupon was worth more...good pickup for eBay. Though Gigaom gives the approach as a means to get around Google I sort of saw it a different way:
Feeds of product auctions based on a person's interest via stumbling, and using a person's auction bidding habits to determine future stumbles...not a bad fit at all.
