Traffic Power / 1p = InternetAdvertising1.com
Warning - Traffic Power at it Again
http://www.seo-guy.com/forum/thread3737.html
Since we did not know anything about who this company was, plus we cancelled with Trafffic Power way back in December of last year, I called them up and told them that we were not paying for their services because no one signed anything with them nor knew who they were. It was at that time that the billing department called us back and said that one of our guys signed up with them, Traffic Power - they used the name at this time, back in August of last year. I then told them that we cancelled with them back in December of last year. I had to send an email to help @ trafficepower.com to reaffirm our cancellation back in December and also to have them take down what they just put up.
Presuming this is true (sorry but i'd like just a little more confimation than one post by someone I dont know ;-) then Bela Flor at SEO Guy has probably done everyone a favor by outing the SEO firm everybody loves to hate...

I have received an email from a prospective TP / Traffic-Power / TrafficPower/ 1P / First Place / 1st Place, Inc. / 1st Position Software / 1stinternetadvertising.com customers who seen them cross reference all the different names in a single sales pitch...knuckleheads.
not sure about InternetAdvertising1.com, but is sure sounds familiar to 1stsinternetadvertising, and if it resolves to Las Vegas...looks like a duck, quacks like a duck...
Well
Well maybe I took the bait. I just went to Las Vegas this past weekend and met with them at their sales office. They did a demonstration and showed me how thier services work for their current customers.
I'm to begin working with their development staff this week to get my site added. I will post a followup after it is complete and let you know if I'm being screwed.
It did look like a shady operation and I may have to learn an expensive lesson but we'll see. Let you know shortly.
Jeff
I look forward to it most
