When trying to drive from Pottsville, PA to London, UK Google maps says:

Its actually been calculated as well - average speed just under 2 mph.
Pah, reckon I could shave a few seconds off that.
(Of course, I'd need a support boat with plenty of coffee to keep me awake for 29 days)

Interestingly, the end point (marked LONDON) is right by Westminster Station. Is that the Cenotaph? I have this idea that it's the "official" definition of London for purposes of map making / distance calcultions etc
