How much revenue does MySpace generate per month?

Barron's points to Pali Research analyst Richard Greenfield's recent research notes on News Corp to give us the answer:

MySpace is now generating in excess of $30 million a month in revenue, with about $24 million in domestic revenue and $6 million internationally. He adds that monthly revenues should more than double over the next 12 months, and “at very high incremental revenue margins.” So in 12 months, he’s saying, MySpace should be doing more than $60 million a month in revenue, for an annual run rate in the neighborhood of $750 million a year.

Higher or lower than you thought? Personally it was a bit higher than I thought but that could also be because at least 75% of the "people" that I know on there aren't real...

More than I thought but

I would have guessed less. At least through their ads and such. But I guess if you factor in the Music tie ins, TV/Movie promo dollars etc that makes sense.

I'd estimate that the spammers were doing more than that a month last year before they pulled their socks up a bit. But I'd estimate that the spammers are still doing in the neighourhood of 10-15 Mill a month.
