There was a 2 post thread about it over at wmw which turned up nothing but speculation that it was very old.
That speculation was furthered by a Y! guy who couldn't add much more than "i think it's a left over from way back when.." He thought it might be a random directory link but really wasn't sure at all..
Just paff left over that never got removed by the look of it - but all free data can be used in one way or another so...
